Sevis Fee Payment

How to Pay the Sevis Fee

If you are applying to be an English student in the United States, you will need to pay the Sevis fee.

The I-901 SEVIS fee is a processing fee that tracks exchange students and visitors and ensures they maintain their status while in the United States.

The Sevis I-901 fee is collected by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP), which is part of the US Department of Homeland Security. The SEVP is responsible for controlling and registering international students studying in the United States. The Sevis I-901 fee is used to help fund the SEVP and maintain its international student tracking systems.

International students who wish to study in the United States must pay the fee prior to their interview at the US embassy or consulate to apply for the F-1 student visa. This fee must be paid online through the SEVP website using a valid credit or debit card.

The Sevis I-901 fee is $350.

It is important to remember that non-payment may result in your student visa being refused.
