Before starting your Change of Status to F-1 application, you must read and sign the following Internexus Consultancy Agreement.
Important Notes:
Internexus Provo does not offer the Interactive Program (Friday classes + lab work) for Change of Status students.

Apply Without Internexus Consultancy
(Lawyer or External Help Required)
This option is for students who wish to complete their Change of Status (COS) to F-1 Visa independently or with external professional/legal assistance.
Internexus Provo will provide the required admission and I-20 documentation, but will not manage or advise on immigration filing or legal procedures.
1 - Purpose – This agreement outlines the responsibilities of the applicant (student) and Internexus Provo when the student chooses to apply for a Change of Status independently, without Internexus immigration consultancy services.
2 - Student Responsibility - The student is fully responsible for completing and submitting the Change of Status (COS) application to USCIS or through their lawyer/external advisor. Internexus Provo’s role is limited to issuing the Form I-20 and providing standard school documentation as required for the process.
3 - School Responsibility
Internexus Provo will:
- Review submitted documents for eligibility.
- Issue the Form I-20 for Change of Status purposes.
- Provide institutional support related to enrollment and academic programs.
- The school will not offer immigration or legal advice for this process.
4 - Compensation and Fees
Application Fee: $775 total for the Change of Status application.
Explanation: $250 covers the application and document processing.
$525 is credited toward the first month of tuition after approval.
Tuition Details:
Tuition for one semester (15 weeks) is $2,100, which can be paid in:
One payment of $2,000, or Four payments of $525.
If, after your approval, you choose to study at Internexus, the previous $525 payment will count as your first monthly installment.
If you choose not to study at Internexus after approval, the total $775 paid is non-refundable.
Additional Costs: The student is responsible for all USCIS fees, SEVIS fee, and any postage, translation, or notary costs.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made by Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer.
5 - Refund and Cancellation Policy: The $775 application payment is non-refundable, regardless of approval or denial of the Change of Status request or future enrollment decisions.
6 - Program Start Date – You must begin classes on the CURRENT I-20 start date after approval.
7 - File Ownership – Documents submitted become part of your student record.
8 - Confidentiality – All personal information will remain confidential.
9 - Withdrawal – If you decide to cancel after starting, the process will be considered withdrawn.
10 - Compliance – You must comply with all USCIS and SEVP regulations.
11 - Governing Law - This agreement is governed by the laws of Utah and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Acceptance
By signing below, the student confirms they have read and understood this agreement, accept all conditions, and agree to comply with Internexus Provo’s policies.
