Before starting your Change of Status to F-1 application, you must read and sign the following Internexus Consultancy Agreement.

Important Notes:

The Interactive Program (Fridays + Lab Work) is not available for Change of Status students.

Internexus Consultancy Agreement

By proceeding, you agree to the following terms regarding Internexus Provo’s assistance with your Change of Status (COS) application:

1 - Purpose – Internexus Provo will assist you in preparing and submitting your Change of Status application to USCIS.

2 - Scope of Services – Assistance includes document review, preparation of forms, and submission guidance (no legal representation).

3 - Student Responsibility – You must provide accurate and truthful information and submit all required documentation on time.

4 - No Legal Advice – Internexus Provo is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice.

5 - Compensation and Fees

- Consultancy Fee: Client agrees to pay Internexus a consultancy fee of $500 for COS assistance. Payment schedule due upon signing the beginning of the process.

- Additional Costs: Client is responsible for all USCIS filing fees, I-901 SEVIS fee, postage, translation/notary costs, and any other third-party charges. These costs are not included in the consultancy fee.

- Payment Methods: We accept [ Cash, Debit, or Credit card].

Important: Non-Refundable Policy – Once we start the consultancy, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

6 - Processing Times – USCIS processing times are outside of Internexus Provo’s control.

7 - Communication – You agree to respond promptly to any school or USCIS requests.

8 - Program Start Date – You must begin classes on the CURRENT I-20 start date after approval.

9 - File Ownership – Documents submitted become part of your student record.

10 - Confidentiality – All personal information will remain confidential.

11 - Withdrawal – If you decide to cancel after starting, the process will be considered withdrawn.

12 - Compliance – You must comply with all USCIS and SEVP regulations.

13 - Cancellation Fee (IMPORTANT) - The student agrees to begin their studies at Internexus Provo after their Change of Status to F-1 is approved. If the student fails to follow this agreement — for example, if they decide to transfer to another school after approval — they must pay a cancellation fee of $525.

If the student does not pay the cancellation fee, Internexus reserves the right to terminate the student’s I-20 in SEVIS.

14 - Governing Law - This agreement is governed by the laws of Utah and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
