This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between Internexus Provo LLC, an English language Institute located at 2121 N 550 W, Suite 100, Provo-UT 84604, and the student who is applying to study at Internexus Provo.
1. Admission Offer:
a. The School hereby offers guidance with the admission process to the Student for the
academic term date chosen for the future student on his application form.
2. Tuition Payment:
a. The Student agrees to pay the tuition fees for the first month of the academic term $525
before entering the country.
b. Payment shall be made via QuickBooks using a Credit Card or Debit Card.
c. The payment is ONLY required if the student had the VISA APPROVED.
d. The first month’s tuition payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Enrollment Confirmation:
a. Upon receipt of the first month’s tuition payment, the School will maintain the status of the
student activated on the SEVP system.
4. Entry Requirements:
a. The Student acknowledges and agrees that the first month’s tuition payment is a
prerequisite for entry into the United States.
5. School Policies:
a. The Student agrees to abide by all school policies and regulations outlined in the
School’s handbook. Check our policies here.
6. Termination:
a. The School reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Student fails to comply
with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
7. Law:
a. This Agreement shall be construed following the school policies, without regard to its
conflict of laws principles.
The student agrees to the terms of this agreement at the time of submitting the application form.
